Welcome to Sani Mos Global Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

We sell natural agricultural products, such as Anaghan Wildflower Honey in different sizes (450g, 650g, bulk/family pack), ginger, and turmeric.
All product descriptions and images are for representation purposes; actual packaging may vary.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp.
Payments are accepted through direct bank transfer, or cash on delivery (where available).
Orders are processed only after confirmation of payment (except for cash on delivery).

3. Delivery

We deliver nationwide in Nigeria.
Standard delivery time: 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery fees are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we do not accept returns once products are opened or used.
If your product arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sani Mos Global Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for misuse of our products outside recommended use.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
