At Sani Mos Global Ltd, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This policy explains our delivery process, returns, and refund terms for all products, including Anaghan Wildflower Honey and other agricultural products.
We deliver nationwide within Nigeria.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on consumable products once they have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are only accepted if:
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The product was damaged during delivery
✅ Your order was incomplete
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photo or video).
Refunds will be issued only if:
✅ The product was unavailable after payment
✅ You received a wrong or damaged product and do not want a replacement
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (bank transfer).
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of refund at no extra cost.
